At Seven Counties Services, we believe everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and hopeful. As your local Community Mental Health Center, we provide compassionate behavioral health, addiction recovery, and developmental services for adults, children, and families across Kentucky.

We proudly serve Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby, Spencer, Trimble, and Henry counties, meeting people right where they are — in their homes, in our clinics, and in the community. No matter where you are on your journey, we’re here to walk alongside you.
