Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Arranges and schedules project services and care providers for assigned population groups to optimize use of available talent and resources; and, as necessary, provides project services to clients.
• Develops training programs tracking and reporting methods that specifically address individual project needs or problematic areas and present to project leadership.
• Provides orientation materials and information to personnel regarding organizational goals and procedures, applicable regulations and standards, and care administration techniques and procedures.
• Monitors project activity levels and resulting quantitative and qualitative data to ensure compliance with project's contractual requirements; identifies training and professional development needs and areas for expanding services. Assists in designing effective procedures to maintain and document training project procedures.
• Maintains accurate records relating to project's services and personnel. Monitors project's expenses and revenues; develops strategies for meeting related budgetary goals.
• Assists to identify and develop project charters, with lists of realistic deliverables and goals/objectives.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with additional training; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field preferred. 
• Must possess thorough knowledge of addictions client population, and applicable regulations and standards. 

EXPERIENCE

• One to two years experience at high school level with 18 months additional education or training, or zero to six months years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Position has no unusual physical demands. Typical office environment.
